Our opinion of Phnom Penh:
You will probably have to stop in this city when you are planning to go to Siem Reap. For us, it was a nice city to explore, but at the same time, we would recommend you to stay no more than 2 full days since there is not much to do or see. Additionally, there are better places to explore in Cambodia. Although, we are very curious to come back in a few years and see how much this city has changed, as we could notice that it is starting to develop a lot.
