Our opinion of Mirissa:

We didn’t have the best of luck during our time in Mirissa, as it rained for three out of the four days we were there. Unfortunately, this limited our exploration and the rough sea conditions made it challenging to fully enjoy the beaches. However, we did manage to surf for a day at Weligama Bay with Lucky’s Surf School. The team was fantastic, and we had a great time learning more about surfing! Despite the weather, we could still appreciate the beauty of the area and can only imagine how incredible the beaches must be with good weather. We definitely plan to return someday!
