Our opinion of Ubud:

We loved our time in Ubud, this town offers an abundance of places to explore and activities to enjoy. From discovering countless waterfalls to walking through some of the most stunning rice fields we’ve ever seen, Ubud is a treasure trove of natural beauty and cultural experiences. It’s an excellent base for exploring Bali, with convenient day trips to Nusa Penida, Munduk, Amed, and other parts of the island. One thing we would recommend is to avoid overly popular Instagram spots like Lempuyang Temple. These places can be a waste of time for a single photo, and there are far more beautiful and meaningful experiences to be had during your trip to Bali.

Canggu: nestled along Bali’s southwest coast, Canggu is a vibrant coastal village renowned for its laid-back atmosphere, world-class surf breaks, and thriving culinary scene.
